Los Angeles Search Engine Optimization

Web Development

My main focus for the past 2 years has been in Internet/Web Marketing. I mainly specialized in Search Engine Optimization and Pay Per Click Campaigns although I am as well a programmer and web coder. I am a strong believer in Search Engine Optimization as the ROI is much higher. (not paying per click (or per user)), and organic results gather more volume of clicks although Search Engine Optimization takes time and patience is required for results.

I have included a brief description for you to understand the potentials of Search Engine Optimization, known in short as SEO. You can contact me anytime and I will be glad to share ideas and help with any web development projects.

Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of improving the volume and quality of traffic to a web site from search engines by ranking at the top of the "natural" ("organic") search results for desired keywords. Ranking at the top of the search engine result page, ensures mostly high quality, related searchers/users to visit your site (Banners and the opposite side of marketing includes unrelated “eye-soar” content). In further detail, the users are active visitors of the search engines who have engaged in searching for your exact business services.

An SEO expert is charged with understanding the various algorithms of the search engines and optimizing the pages for the liking of the search engines(mainly Google, Yahoo and MSN) in order to rank high.

Aspects of SEO include:

1. Onsite optimization

a. Code Design and Tags (suggested aspects to be thought of before launch and creation of site. Graphic designer must work with SEO optimizer)
b. Site Structure Hierarchy
c. Content (including content design and creation guidelines. Writers must work with SEO optimizer)
d. Future of Website (new content, fresh updating)
e. Analytics (reporting and obserrvation)

2. Offsite Optimization

a. Inbound Links (one of the most important aspects of optimization also known as "voting" or getting "credit". This includes creating content and tools useful for external sites or users)
b. Affiliate Programs
c. External Blogging
d. Social Media Promotion (myspace, facebook, orkut, etc.)
e. Video Promotion (youtube, yahoo video)
f. Partnerships

Other

* Please note that the percentages are varied. Paid clicks can receive up to 30 - 40%
